Humble Beginnings

In 2012 in a small room with no big dreams in mind my baking journey began. I started experimenting with recipes to make our favorite bread “pan sobado” (kneaded bread); Needless to say that didn’t work out. But my passion for baking sparked and soon enough I was creating cakes and sweets for friends and family.

Family Traditions

When I moved to SC back in 2016, I knew that I wanted to leave a legacy for my children. Inspired by my puertorrican roots and with my family in mind, Adlundra´s Caking Pieces was born. A bakery inspired by the caribbean flavors of my home island with the love and passion that represent my family.
